Come Home

I’m afraid I have bounced about with my writing, a bit of this and a bit of that but when I started to proof the latest, about a flower show in a village, I knew I’d come home. However, I must honour a promise I made to Pniel near Cape Town and carry on from King or Kaiser and Shadows in the Veldt with the saga of the Cape Corps through German South West, now Namibia, up to Tanzania, then Palestine, to tell their story as from the ordinary soldier’s point of view. It’s difficult, because I need the officer’s background planning to make sense of WHY. Still, one does one’s best!
