Women’s Rights

Burns’ Night or Burns Nicht is past and I wonder how many heard anything beyond Mice and Tam O’ Shanter or knew that Burns had written one or two things that might just look twenty first century :- While Europe’s eye is fixed on many things, the fall of empires and the fate of kings. While quacks of state must each produce his plan, and even children lisp the rights of man; amid this mighty fuss, just let me mention, the rights of women merit some attention.
Of course the term quacks of state is out of date, aint it?
