More blackout

There was a followup to the electricity black-out. I asked one of my neighbours if she knew what had happened and she told me it was nothing to do with the electricity man, it was the weather that had blown down part of the line. She is in a wheelchair and was fumbling around in the dark when the lights went out . A voice started talking to her and she panicked a bit. The lights came on and she settled down. When the lights went off she heard this voice again but it was saying, ‘Don’t panic, your electricity has tripped.’ She has one of those alarm things that stop you getting a fright – until the lights go out and someone starts to talk to you!
